Thomas Webler is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at Keene State College in New Hampshire, USA. His scholarship focuses on bringing local and expert knowledge together in collaborative, democratic ways to produce innovative solutions to controversial problems of collective action. He is particularly interested in civic dialogue about problems of energy, sustainability, and climate change. He has a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary studies from Clark University, did post-doctoral research at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, and was a Fulbright Scholar at Pondicherry University in India.
