Registration for the 42d Q conference will open on May 15.
- Early Bird registration (with reduced fees) will be open until August 4.
- Regular registration will be available from August 5 to September 5, the registration deadline.
The registration fees are as follows.

Participants are encouraged to select their registration type carefully. Because conference costs are committed to in advance, registration fees are generally non-refundable. If you are planning to attend in person, please confirm travel arrangements before registering. The one exception is a change from in-person to online participation, as outlined below.

- Refunds are based on the amount actually paid (including any late registration fees).

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible. PayPal refunds may be difficult for non-US registrants.
- For international payments (e.g., PayPal), refunds are net of any non-recoverable transaction or currency fees.
