The 2022 Q conference will be hosted at the Double Tree by Hilton Orlando Downtown.
The hotel has a special rates of US$124 + 12.5% tax per night for conference delegates available from the 13th-17th September 2022. This rate is for a standard room with 2 Queen beds. This rate will expire on the 23rd August, after this date you will pay the standard room rate.

- The cancellation policy is 48 hours for all individual reservations.
- Overnight valet-parking is available for $19.00 per day.
- Check-in is at 4pm and check out at 12. If you or your guests require an earlier check-in, we suggest booking your reservation for the night before to accommodate the early check-in request.
